That would be weird because there is little Nordid in Romania and Balkans today.

My understanding of Dacians is that they were related to their Balkan neighbors such as Thracians and Illyrians. These regions today show very high haplogroup I2a. Knowing that the IJ haplogroup from which I spread was cro-magnon these are the remainders of the pre indo - European natives of the balkans. Since Dinarid and Pontid is spread throughout the Balkans and these two predate the Baltid influence. I surmise that Dinarid came from Pontid mixing with those I2a cromagnoids. In my opinion the indo Europeans that invaded the Balkan region were Pontid people related to the Scythians who were also Pontid people. This gave rise to a Dinaro-Pontid-CM race of people who have been further reduced in modern times. But these busts in my eyes represent that Dinaro-Pontid-CM type.
