If you know his ethnic origins, please don't reveal them as I think it will heavily skew people's classifications. Thanks.

Also know who he is and where he's from, good taste in music m8.

I'd classify him as intermediary between Norid and Dinarid(differences between the two aren't only pigmentation, Norids look more western and peak in the Alps, Czechia, Hungary) or only Dinarid if I had to pick one. Dinarid+North Pontid or Norid+Pontid also makes sense because his head isn't as broad or short as a pure Dinarid's should be. Passes best in Hungary/Croatia imo.

Thanks a lot for everyone's opinions and classifications. :) I'll wait a few more hours before I reveal where he's from, in case anyone else has any thoughts.

Likewise! I hope he comes out of hiding/working for BMW and releases a third album.

Getting off now, thanks for everyone's classifications and opinions about where he could/could not pass. :) For anyone who stumbles across this again, he's Muhammed Suiçmez from the band Necrophagist (I just realised that the name of the band is visible on the fretboard inlays in one of the pictures) and he's ethnically Turkish, but was born in Germany. Cheers once again to everyone who participated.

He's got a completely European phenotype, looks Polish/Czech to my eyes. "Turks" like him are rare indeed.

Noric-Alpine I presume?

Why the "quotes"? He is Turkish.

Rare? lol He is lighter pigmented than the average, but his features are pretty common to the region of where he is originally from.

Because he is not an average Turk, there are enough Turks here so I am aware of how they look. Never have I seen a blonde Northern looking Turk, not to mention most look Middle Eastern and the white-ish ones pass as Southern Europeans best, nevermind Northern Europe.

There's not such thing of "average Turkish". Looks vary according to region of the country. OP isnot very typical in my region(NW Turkey) but he is more in his area(Eastern Black Sea). Also most Turks in Western Europe are from Eastern Turkey(region where the population is swarthier).

Here a video from another region of the country:

As you see, they look rather different of the people i posted previously.

Why is that then? Because the East is poorer?

Yes, it's more "Middle-Eastern" and less developed.

OK, after seeing the videos you posted I am more convinced, excuse my ignorance from before. I have one more question though, what about Istanbul? I visited the place only a few years ago and I saw a lot of diversity when it came to phenotypes, however MENA types were slightly more prevalent. That being said I saw way more European looking individuals in the "Asian", modern more developed side, and more Middle Eastern phenotypes in the old, traditional geographically European side. ironically the Asian part felt vert European and the European part very Eastern. Are there a lot of Eastern Turks in Istanbul then?

Note: I spent much more time in the traditional, historical geographically European side because I don't like cities and prefer to absorb culture of that place rather than a generic city that all look the same because of globalism.

Istanbul province is mixed ethnically, the population is composed by people from different regions of the country. Also unfortunately there are millions of Arabs, gypsies and Kurds living there. In some districts you feel like you are in Central Europe, and others regions full of Arab refugees, you probably feel like you are in Iraq. An user here who lives in Istanbul said Taksim turned into a Syrian refugee dump.

Norid. The guy looks Balkan.
Reading the original comment, I bet he's atypical for his ethnicity, so he hails either from Scandinavia or Caucasus/Iranian plateau.
