Decent site with a unique calc. Don't know if it's worth $10.99 but they attempt a detailed report. Here's a result from a distant cousin, who's actually 3/4 Anglo/Irish/Welsh and 1/4 Sicilian from Palermo.

I notice the result really overestimates Sweden, Spain and the Netherlands, presumably because they had more samples from those than others.

True, no MENA, but instead I've got 2,59% Ashkenazi lol:) Maybe it is interchangeable for them.
But generally they heavily overestimated Western and NW Euro ancestry for me.

In particular, Swedish and Dutch gets overestimated. Everyone who gets Scandinavian/West European always scores almost entirely Swedish and Dutch.

Your cousin and I have similar results, which is funny because I don't even know of a southern euro ancestor (although I have my suspicions). Your cousin and I are both mainly british, but he is a quarter sicilian and we have pretty much the same results. I am at most 1/8 Med, but don't even know of a med ancestor. Is my mediterranean high for a norther euro guy?
