About 200 million Americans in the eastern two-thirds of the country will be trapped in a monsterous heat dome that will send tempatures over 100°F into the weekend, and with humidity factored in, the real feel could be a scorcher: 110°F, reported AccuWeather.

Yeah, on the national news they were specifically mentioning and showing Chicago and talking about the dangerous heat. They failed to mention that it barely got into the 80s, and that was only after an unusually cool and wet morning. Now the local forecast is also showing highs in the 80s.
