Yes. Outside Turkey, they pass best in the Caucasus and to some extent Iran.

Not Iran and I will explain why.

People assume that because of proximity of Iran and Turkey then people may look similiar. Turkish population except for Kurds are usually brachycephalic Anatolid, Armenoid while Iranid types are hyperdolichocephalic.

Compare these crowds ... They look different and a person of region can tell them apart easily.
