I wouldn't take him for white Latino if I wasn't aware of his Uruguayan origins.

He looks like those American rednecks that you would see in movies like "Gummo".

Yo creo que es por su cabello, que no es tan inusual en Argentina/Uruguay.

Si se le tine de castano u negro se veria mas sur-europeo. Honestamente.

Sus rssgos son tirando a sureuropeo.
Se puede ver medianamente "común", no típico, pero si de los que en un multitud se ven promedio 2 o 3 de cada 10.

To me, the combination of his skin tone + hair colour + vibe makes him American looking.

Seriosly? . I mean, they are plenty of white brazilians in soup operas or talking shows that look less south european than this guy.

The guy look south european in skin tone and features. What is off is his hair color that is quite common in Italy.

True about the most Northern shifted types in the white Brazilian population. But I don't know, even if he looks just depigmented Med, there is still something about his vibe that strikes me as not white latino looking.

Could be, but for that reason I think in our countries there are around 2 people by 10 individials or 3 by 20 like him.
Not a foreigner look but not typical either.
