Libyan migrant convicted for masturbating on Swedish train, blames wounded penis

A 27-year-old asylum seeker from Libya claims that he was showing his wife his wounded penis via a video call in a train wagon in Sweden. But the court did not buy that story. Particularly not since he exposed his equipment to two more women – right in the heart of Stockholm.
Libyan citizen Faisal Muhammed Freer, asylum seeker in Sweden, was recently convicted by Södertörn District Court for having masturbated in front of a woman on a train wagon.
“He pulled his penis out and kept going for at least 15 minutes but when somebody entered the wagon, he immediately hid it “, the woman testifies.
Penis full of wounds
Muhammed Freer claims that he was having a video call with his wife, showing her his penis because it was full of wounds. He also said that he did everything he could to hide it when people were passing by.
The train stewardess, however, testified that the flasher must have been in direct eye contact with the woman because of their seat positions, and that it would be impossible for her not to see what he was doing. Faisal Muhammed Freer had also changed seats repeatedly before and another woman approached the stewardess about a masturbating man on the train.
“It wasn’t me”
Appareatly, the Libyan was not satisfied after the train trip. Two more women were also exposed to the Libyan’s manhood. He came running towards them with his pants down and manhood hanging out – right in the heart of Stockholm after a night club visit.
To identify him, they described his jacket. Muhammed Freer refused to admit that his jacket matches their description, since one woman said it was black and the other said it was grey, he insisted. But when the court saw an image of the perpetrator, taken by one of the witnesses, there was an open and shut case.
Fines of €500
Since the suspected spent 17 days in custody before verdict, the penalty is considered consumed and he gets away with approximately €500 in damages per plaintiff plus €80 to the state.
To be expelled from Sweden
Södertörn District Court does not comment on the fact that the Libyan is to be expelled from Sweden but still remains in the country. More than a year ago, Swedish Public Service produced a story about the poor Libyan, who cannot be sent off to Lybia as planned, since he does not have a passport.
