It is especially good for native americans and latinos but works for everyone. I uploaded my 23andMe and I think it takes one day for my results to be analyzed.

What test is for 10$ there is 2 options?

The raw data upload from 23andMe or AncestryDNA is 10 $ but testing with them is more. Use Google translator and common sense to get past the scanning process. It is not that difficult. Also they have a english site. Go to english when choosing language.

It is similar to my previous 23andme before the december 2018 update. I think it is accurate. Except the jew could be noise or wrong, because I saw in a thread where people posted their results that everyone has high jew. It could be misinterpreted from other ancestries.

Dear Mortimer,
Thank you for the prompt reply. The emojis look amusing by the way. A camel for the Middle East and an Iron cross for western Europe.
Cheers,

Oy vey, the best way to stop antisemitism is to make everyone a jew.

Thanks for sharing your results. I also did the test and am waiting for results because this paragraph they wrote makes sense to me:
These percentages should not be interpreted as direct belonging to the populations used as references, since they only represent how much of your genome resembles the populations used in the analysis and does not imply that you have phenotypes or cultural characteristics of them. It is also possible that certain ancestries are underestimated given the recent relationship that exists between some of the populations of the reference panel. For example, the Jewish population has contributions from European populations and it is possible that the Jewish component is assigned as European.
At least they are admitting that certain ancestries such as African or Asian are underestimated because they are part of the European or Middle Eastern references . Other companies don’t even advertise it.
I noticed you got 14% Indian. I doubt that even us Kurds or Iranians would get this much but I guess I’ll find out in a day or two. I’m guessing Mine will be mostly Middle East with some East European and Indian

Kurds and Iranians get less Southern Asian then Roma of course thats normal. Nothing suprising.

We're heavily pleased that your results show Jewish DNA.

Now I’m curious to learn more about Roma people . I don’t know much about them. Does it depend on the area. For example do Romas from Turkey get more Indian than Romas from Hungary or are they all similar? Did alot of Roma acestors migrate from India to Europe?

There is a Roma from Turkey on Apricity. His nickname is Chris0009. He calls himself Balkan-Ottoman Romani. He is 30% Indian. The same as a European Balkan Romani. He might have 5% more turkish then Balkan Romani though. But he is very similar to a Balkan Romani. The average for a Roma from Balkan is 30-50% Indian. Im at 15% because Im 45% Slavic (mostly serbian with a whiff of russian).

His 30% Indian is the "Southasian" on 23andMe not the ASI on some gedmatch. I think Gypsies are 20% ASI.

If thats the case then it seems gypsies recently moved from India and they are a straight mix of Indian and European with very little West Asian mix. I wonder what caused so many of them to move out of India. They probably walked across Iran Iraq and Turkey.
Well I should be getting my results soon. I’m guessing my middle eastern will be much higher than yours but your eastern european much higher than mine and like you said your indian will be higher than mine and maybe i’ll get a little east asian or maybe not

If Hungarian and Romanian is references, than no point taking this test because I am 99.5% Hungarian genetically with a fit less than 1, and over 50% Romanian.
They will use Hungarian reference and I will be 100%.

I suspect you'd score some northeast european and some finnish(labelled here as North European). You're Polish, no?

My results came in. Not surprisingly my Middle Eastern was much higher than yours.
A little surprising my south Asian was a little higher than yours. I think it’s because they are measuring it from some time ago. If they measured more recently then I think yours would be a little higher.
I also got a little more East Asian but that’s not surprising . My Eastern European was from NE probably steppe related

Well... I feel really glad and grateful with site. It's impressive how accurate is!!
Despite the 0.71 "Oceanian" which should be added to the Native, the rest is really surprisingly reliable!!
It's time to give the greetings to Mexico, because it's obvious that it's improving a lot talking about cience. Good job!! :thumb001:
