North Pontid + Orientalid, imo. He reminded me of a half Egyptian half Lebanese man a bit who’s famous on social media.

Just North Pontid + CM, as Blondie said. Nothing too Orientalid about him. Maybe facial hair are giving off a somehow "Orientalid" vibe, but his phenotype is only European. As for the social media man you've stated, he probably has some European admixture to begin with if he has that phenotype and light eyes.
