I just looked at Eupedia and if Atlantic Med adnix is considered as Western European then they overall have more than 10%

Eupedia is outdated. People such as Lebanese Maronites, Druzes (from Lebanon, Syria, Palestine and Israel) and West Bank Palestinians are mostly native Cananites. Gazans, Jordanians and some Syrians are Cananite + Arab + some Egyptian or SSA (depending on the individual). Syrians can be everything: from Caananite/Druze-like (Alawites and Christians) to Mesopotamian-like (Christians and Muslims) and even Arabian-like (generally Muslims). Some Lebanese and Syrian Muslims have small bits of Western European ancestry, but a very small fraction.

I have seen some threads or posts on TA which say Levatines are about 5-10% Western European admixed. I though this can either be from Crusades or from French and British colonisation of the Levant

It's in the single digits in most cases.

These threads don't provide any substantial sources, just especulations based on a few results of Lebanese Muslims. Maronites and Druzes, on the other hand, have very few non-Cananite DNA.

In GEDMatch, especially Eurogenes K13, not much.
In general, Lebanese Muslims have more overall European DNA than Christians.
I am an atypical case as I am a Lebanese Christian, but I score higher North_Atlantic than Muslims and Christians. That said, I am still trying to figure out why, whether we once Muslims in the past or that Crusaders settled in to own town.

It is interesting that Muslim Levantines have more Western Euro mix.
