I don’t know if this belongs here if not tell me where to move it but for now:

Mine: C/T

C/C Very Fast twitch Dominant. More likely to be a fast runner or a great Olympic lifter depending on body type.

C/T fast twitch dominant but not as much as C/C also found commonly in powerlifters and Olympic lifters but less so among Elite level Olympic sprinters.

T/T slow twitch dominant. Found among endurance athletes. Especially marathon runners.

I think its not actually an advantage for long distance, its just a disadvantage for strength :(

It is at the highest level. Fast twitch muscle fibers tire faster and use more oxygen.

The opposite your lucky. If you like sprinting and lifting heavy weights. This gene alone won’t make you super strong or fast but it’s a very important gene for fast twitch muscle fibers.
