He doesn't stare with his eyes and they don't look Grey. His face is way too low on his head and his forehead is too big and smooth. If he is from eastern Europe, he looks like from around the black sea.

True but there's like a thousand Russians I saw that look like him idk man nothing special really

He passes like a local here. His face reminds me of a few people if I think about it.

idk he might be related to me tbh he has that weird german f surname and looks a lot like my paternal grandmother and cousin here in the US weird

When I read his admixture, I am not surprised he passes as Belgian. He does have a nice jawline, but that what makes him pass the screen tests.
