Holappa faces likely deportation from the US and Imprisonment in Finland

Henrik Holappa: Affidavit - Political asylum application

I have been persecuted by the government (army, police, prosecutors), the mass media, and an employer in my country starting on August 8, 2006, when the security police, the SUPO, visited my apartment, which I shared with my sister Natalija, and then my school, asking both her and me many questions and warning me to abandon my beliefs -- or else I would lose my prospects of ever being a security guard, and also be “unwelcome in Germany,” a country I intended to visit.

Then the Finnish police obviously notified all Finnish security companies that I should not be employed even as a security guard. I found no one would hire me, although I had graduated from the security guard school Osakk on August 25, 2006. The security company ISS had verbally promised me employment guarding University Hospital in Oulu, but at the end of October 2006 it suddenly had no record or file at all of my job application and two-hour interview on October 9, 2006. So I lost that career possibility.

For centuries, my family has honorably served Finland in military service, under Swedish, Russian and Finnish governments, and both my grandfathers fought against the Soviets in WWII; many of my father's cousins fell for Finland's freedom in the war. Both grandfathers suffered greatly in the war, and one never quite recovered from Soviet captivity, suffered severe depression and died in his forties. It was therefore extremely painful to me as an patriotic Finn to be in effect dishonorably discharged on September 6, 2007 from the Finnish Army Reserve solely because of my political views. My reservist duty was to be renewed in January 2008.

I had considered a full-time military career before that, and in fact had left high school to join the army out of love of military service; this career was now also destroyed.

The police came to my apartment on Tuesday, January 16, 2007, at 3:20 pm, and ransacked it, throwing things on the floor, and seized both my computers (returning them three days later.) They then went to my parents' home, where I was raised as a child, and the criminal police officer Sari Isometsa Tihinen (whose business card is enclosed with my application) threatened my mother that:

--I was “in big trouble,” that
--“Henrik might not come home for a long time,” and that
--if I pursued my beliefs, I “would not have any part in our society.”

I was in police custody for 24 hours at the Oulu police station that same day in a concrete cell with the lights burning day and night, on suspicion of sending a photograph or writing an article, both unprovable charges, and I was not allowed to make any phone calls. After the 24 hours I was told that I was now under arrest, and spent two more days in that cell with nothing to read or do, incommunicado, without visitors, and with no phone call to anyone. The police told my mother that I was under arrest. I was released without charges on the 19th.

When I emerged from jail, I discovered that the main newspaper in northern Finland, Kaleva, had violated on the day of my detention, January 16, the Finnish press custom of never reporting the name of a suspect, even a murder suspect, under the presumption of innocence, until he had been actually convicted at the end of a trial. However, the article mentioned me by my name in the very first paragraph, and stated falsely as a proven fact that I had written a certain article in December 2006.

It was an article denouncing gangs of African rapists of my countrywomen of whom many were and are still running around un-arrested in my city. The article highlighted the infamous “scissor rapists” -- Sudanese black Africans who clitorectomized a Finnish female rape victim with scissors in June 2005 in Oulu and were sentenced to three years in prison in January 2006. The author asked why Finland was bringing in such immigrants and why there were no subsequent arrests for the other African gang rapists still terrorizing my city. (Finland itself has no history of gang rape among the native Finns.)

The media article also stated as fact the unproven assertion that I had sent off a clipped newspaper photo to America – as a serious “copyright violation” -- and the lie that while living in Oulu as a young Finn without any website skills, I was “the webmaster” of an American website.

This was obviously a coordinated campaign by the Finnish government, police and media, all together, to make me a hated person to both leftist Finns and to the very Somali and Sudanese gang rapists who then, as now, are on the loose in the city of my birth. (There have been no prosecutions of African gang rapists there since the scissors rapists were convicted in January 2006, 33 months ago, although the problem continues and these immigrants stand out memorably by their appearance to both their victims and the public in my Scandinavian country.)

There are also many black immigrants, all Muslim Africans, in my apartment building, who live on my street and in my neighborhood, and they can know who I am, because the main newspaper in all of northern Finland, Kaleva, with a daily circulation of 300,000, used my name. They can afford this newspaper because they can get up to 3,000 euros a month in welfare for a family, while an unemployed Finn can get only 400 euros a month.

The security police, SUPO, could even remind the African Muslim communities of my name and address.

On May 11 or 12, 2008 I received a phone call while visiting neighboring Estonia from the same Sari Tihinen, asking me when I could come to the police station in Oulu. She further informed me over the telephone that the top prosecutor in Finland, Mika Illman, whose name suggests Jewish ancestry and thus animus toward me, had “dug up [my] case again.”

On Tuesday, May 20, 2008 this same policewoman further warned me, now at the Oulu police station, that I was to be indicted by the government of Finland on three serious charges so as to “make an example of me for other racists in Finland,” as follows:

1)two years imprisonment for “incitement of racial hatred” [sic];
2)two years behind bars for “defaming the honor of the African community of Finland” [sic]; and
3)six months imprisonment for “copyright violation.” (I had merely scanned a photo of “multiculturalism” from a Finnish newspaper, and sent it as a private email attachment to an American friend. He then, unbeknownst to me, posted it on an American website.)

I believe I was targeted because the Finnish authorities hate my views and see me as a young leader whose crushing would preclude any political movement I could start. (I have never started any movement; I only turned 23 in July.)

I am sure that the Finnish government would harm me on my return by arresting me and prosecuting me, and putting me in prison next to Somali and Turkish felons who might hate me and seek to beat, rape or kill me. The Finnish government would itself be my main persecutor, and might not protect me at all in prison. In fact, it might invite inmates to get a sentence reduction if they harmed me.

They might also put me, as an “extremely dangerous person” (the policewoman's words to me and to members of the True Finns political party of which I was once a member) in a maximum security prison where I would be shut up in a cell for 23 hours a day. This is a form of severe mental harm, especially for an innocent person who deserves no punishment.

The Finnish government is modern and controls all the territory of Finland, so there is no place in my country where I could hide for long. Furthermore, all other European Union countries have laws similar to Finland's and would arrest me on a European Union arrest warrant to extradite me back to Finland or to any other EU country that objects to my views.

Just one week ago, Dr. Fredrick Toeben, an Australian, was arrested by British detectives on the runway of Heathrow Airport near London on an EU arrest warrant issued in Mannheim, Germany. His plane from the USA to Dubai had merely landed there to refuel and discharge some passengers. The German prosecutor said he feared a German “could” read Toeben's English-language Australian website.

I left Finland by plane and flew via Iceland to the United States on July 11, 2008. I came here as a bona fide tourist, but decided toward the end of my tourist stay that I loved America, its people, its beauty and its freedom of speech and that I did not want to be imprisoned and possibly murdered in Finland.

My guests were Michael from California, Margaret Huffstickler and Major Bill Fox USMC from Pennsylvania to discuss the outrageous arrest by US Homeland Security of Finnish political asylum seeker Henrik Holappa. Both Michael and Bill dealt with the political ramifications of a federal government arresting freedom-seeking, law-abiding white men while allowing illegal aliens in to commit crimes of anti-white violence. Margaret spoke of the horror of gang rape in Finland that Henrik Holappa was protesting against when he had to flee his country and his government, and its emasculatinig effect on white men -- who are told by political correctness laws they must not speak out or act to defend their womenfolk from violent immigrants. I offered my own salute to the character and values of Henrik Holappa, who was a cherished guest in our home for eight months until his terrifying, leg-chaining arrest by Homeland In-security on Monday, 3/9/09 on a country road near Pittsburgh.-John de Nugent

Zionists and assorted members of the Rainbow Coalition who demand "more equal rights" for militant minorities as opposed to the native population are behind it of course.

It's all part of the EU's plan to multi-kulti it, to destroy nationalism, culture and the original races so that the dumbed down and equalised masses would become easier to control and manipulate by the EU Overlords.

Attacking that Finnish traditional image and replacing it with an African (with the order that YOU WILL ACCEPT IT) makes as much sense as putting a picture of Kate Moss on a Maize Meal poster in Zimbabwe.

As bizarre as this may sound to Finnish Nationalists and perhaps some of the more Germanic elements here, Henrik's best chance may be in moving to Russia where the cancer of Political Correctness hasn't yet taken hold.

Many such individuals take refuge in the US, but I can't help but wonder, given the recent presidential election results, if Obama will seek to implement similar anti-free speech laws.

Neither did I. :( We haven't done anything to deserve this undeclared war on our people. A National Socialist government will be quick to solve this, the solution must be as extreme as the problem is. We must fight fire with fire.

I understand your sentiments but I'm more sceptical about how desireable such a form of government would be. Sometimes one has to be a bit careful what one wishes for.

What concerns me is that Obama's dictatorship is beginning to resemble a questionable National Socialist implementation. There is the personality cult built around the "fearless all-knowing leader", bands of thugs to whip the dissenters into line (Obama's planned domestic army), the blanket media adulation and draconian measures to spy on the population. Then there are the efforts underway to restrict or ban firearms and to create different classes of citizens.

Those classes include the ones on the "no fly list" aka "the good" and the ones who aren't on the "no fly list" aka "the bad". According to Alex Jones's new Obama Deception film that "no fly list" already contains over 1 000 000 names and it is growing fast. His henchman Rahm Emmanuel states on camera that those on the "no fly list" aren't considered to be part of the US family and basically have no rights.

Brings back echoes of the past. Where have we all heard this before?

We've done plenty, and continue to do so, nothing happens without reason. He's paying the price for his countrymen who created the debt.

One would think that the police officers would have refused those orders, there seems to be no outrage from them for that scissor rape:cool::( which really shocked me. I really wasn't aware of their level of barbarism and was taken back a bit.

What's more disturbing than the African/Muslim behavior is the ones in positions of authority that stay silent. It's like they enjoy hearing about it. Three years in prison for a rape alone is a very light sentence but for mutilating her they should have been hung.

A friend of mine went to Buffalo,NY to see Henrik on Monday, he said he was scared and didn't want to go to prison, after that visit Henrik is not allowed any more visitors outside of lawyers, they're using the patriot act claiming him a terrorist.

This is how low Finland has sunk, for his fellow Finns to choose the lowly position of a hospital guard over the safety of their own women who give them birth is quite unbelievable, there seems to be a mental illness spreading through Finland, and they want to make an example out of Henrik so the other pussy-cats will cut their claws, apologize, and promise never to use them again.

A man, who hung about 50 posters and told police that he was urging the U.S. government to release a Finnish man being persecuted for free speech, was cited for violating Carlisle’s borough code Sunday, according to Carlisle police.

Carlisle police said Jimmy E. Thorson, 24, of Carlisle, was discovered hanging the posters in the first three blocks of West High Street Sunday afternoon.

Thorson was given ample time to remove them but failed to do so, police said, and was cited Monday for violating the code that restricts the distribution of advertising material.

According to several Web sites, including www.free-henrik-holappa.blogspot.com, Henrik Holappa is a resident of Finland who came to America after his Internet publication of an essay “criticizing the media and the governments regarding recent gang rapes of Finnish women.” The Web site says he was arrested on March 9 by the Department of Homeland Security’s Joint Terrorism Task Force and urged supporters to take to the streets Monday to bring his story to the public.

Why would any 'legitimate' form of government sentence a man to imprisonment for alerting the public at large about incompatible people from Africa who not only rape, but butcher and desecrate the very womb of civilized women.

Should they not be preforming 'circumcised' rituals but, seek purification from the hands of the west?

I don't really have much patience for this guy. He's a little too close to the total loonie fringe of the scene for my taste, if not actually a part of it.

He's also gone through an utterly idiotic "Turanist" phase (believe it or not, Turanism makes Diablo-style Pan-Aryanism look smart) and supported Islamist terrorists. He's also in the habit of calling other Finnish nationalists "Zionists" for not embracing David Duke/Stormfront type blind anti-semitism.

He's well on his way to becoming one of those useful clowns who always get paraded in front of the cameras (in television panels dealing with immigration, racism and such) in order to show how all nationalists are complete morons.

I mean, read his appeal. Some of that is completely delusional.

Right.. he might be loonie but one has the right to express his/her opinion (even when the opinion is ridiculous) and the fact that the government can't keep itself from violating basic principles and rights is much more ridiculous and dangerous then what this Henrik Holappa ever said or did.
That's all there is to say about it. He should be released- plain and simple.

Right. If there's one thing this guy is good at, it's burning bridges. A mockery by the reds - that "nationalists reproduce by division" - is embarrassingly spot on.

they're using the patriot act claiming him a terrorist.

A little wonder. He once got this brilliant idea to write as a guest to an Iranian newspaper, advocating the cooperation between Western nationalists and hardline Islamic terrorists. And did it with his own name. Amazingly, he took it as a great surprize that SUPO (the Finnish equivalent of the FBI) found him as a security risk, and started to scream "persecution". D'oh!

I hate to continue the long-standing tradition of mutual bashing between right-wingers, but frankly I don't even think I have notably more in common with this guy that I have with a communist or an asylum patient.

Nobody wants to "rock the boat" and bring about the vengeance of the USA and UK.I don't think it has anything to do with fearing USA or UK or any state at all, as the motivation. It does have to do with the concept of a "Ruling-Ideology" (which can only be seen as its own entity) stamping out potential threats to its survival:

The 20th Century (1918-1989) was a giant civilizational civil war between competing "(Would-be) Ruling Ideologies" (or Weltanschauungen) for control of the European world; the winner after 70 years was capitalist-liberal-democracy (the losers were "blood-and-honor-ism" [dead as of 1945] and communism [dead by end of 1989]). This is a prime example of capitalist-liberal-democracy ensuring its own continued-supremacy by stamping out those whose goal is its ideological overthrow. (The constant drumbeat of "the Holocaust" can also only be seen in this light; it literally dehumanizes those who believe in "blood-and-honor-ism" and casts the entire broad ideology as inhuman...).

All Ruling-Ideologies engage in this. Such was very clear to us westerners when we looked from the outside at the communist world* (a different Ruling-Ideology) with its political prisoners and exiles/refugees, but in fact it's really not much different within our own Ruling-Ideology. All Ruling-Ideologies basically act the same way in this sense: if there is a genuine threat, stamp it out. [Ruling-Ideologies that don't consider themselves under any serious threat have the luxury of granting personal-freedom. Even a Goebbels or (God forbid) a Stalin wouldn't have a big problem with personal-freedoms if everyone agreed with them!]

* - Indeed, this whole incident is sort of like a blast from the past 25 or 30 years, when thousands of refugees from the Eastern-bloc had similar stories.

He should have his right to express his opinion like any free citizen does, however senseless and delusional ... but beyond affording him every citizen's right, he is not a comrade we should champion unless we wish to portray ourselves negatively.

He did get manage to wind up in the company of a couple loonies (the aforementioned John 'de' Nugent and Elena Haskins), but both times I met him he appeared to be a quiet, well mannered individual, no tattoos or 'seig-heiling' or yelling racial slurs.

In addition to the problem with Finland not having free speech, there is the issue that the immigration police pounced on this guy and threw him in jail when he wasn't bothering anyone or using any taxpayer provided services, meanwhile 30 million other immigration violators are running around the country, many of them felons and gang members, and most of them living off of taxpayer support of some fashion, but the government won't touch any of them.

Almost two months have now passed since that morning, March 9, 2009, around 11:45 am, when US federal agents arrested me – three squad cars – on a country road east of Sarver, Pennsylvania for a “visa violation.” As it quickly became known to me, in fact already during the car ride to the downtown Pittsburgh federal jail and even more so later in questioning, my arrest was politically motivated.

The officer who put me in leg chains and even wrist chains – not mere handcuffs, but wrist chains -- said, when I asked why he was arresting me, a perfectly legal applicant for political asylum:
Quote:
“Because of your association with John de Nugent.”

Federal wrist chains

Since that week, now almost two months ago, I have spent my time, 23.5 hours a day, in a cell in the “SHU,” the “Special Housing Unit.”

The SHU is meant for those whom the facility considers to be “dangerous” or a “threat to the facility's safety.”

Now, however, I stay voluntarily in the SHU – the director here did offer to release me – because I wish to avoid any contact with the Third World “general population” here or any “incident” that “might happen.” But in my concrete cell I can still hear the melodious sounds of “m-----f------” being yelled.

On Thursday, April 30, and at my request, my October 2008 application for political asylum was withdrawn before the Federal Immigration Court in Buffalo, NY.

This step also means that the federal order issued by the Department of Homeland Security for my “removal,” that is, my deportation back to Europe, will not be blocked any longer by my lawyer, and my expulsion from this beautiful America will go ahead.

Pittsburgh is a beautiful city that I loved, and Pennsylvania has gorgeous countryside.

I and John de Nugent in the building lobby of a high-priced, specialized immigration/asylum lawyer in downtown Pittsburgh in October 2008. John and Margaret spent $2,000 on the law office of Valerie May, whose staff failed to secure one signature on the 16-page asylum application -- a mistake which John de Nugent caught, and even though this mistake was remedied the next day, Homeland Security arrested me fully five months later, claiming I had “overstayed my visa.” At my federal asylum scheduling hearing in December in Philadelphia, I was not arrested for this supposed “violation,” and I and my friends saw and heard in that courtroom that several asylum applicants had 1) overstayed their visa, 2) overstayed it for years already, and 3) some had even committed felonies while overstaying their visa – and 4) they were not being arrested or being deported, but instead getting a free lawyer. (The judge said kindly: "You need a lawyer who can do both criminal and immigration law. Here's a list of free lawyers. Translator, make sure Mr. Ubungu understands that.") But all these real violators were hispanic – or they were black (as were the judge and the prosecutor).

My deportation back to Finland will take place within a month from this date (April 30).

My deportation also means I cannot return to the soil of the United States of America for TEN YEARS. It is because of the one missing signature that was fixed the next day. But Obama's aunt can stay... four years after she was ordered deported..... see below.

Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Homeland Security, whose mother's maiden name was Winer.

Why did I drop my asylum application?

Well, it was obvious by my very arrest by Homeland Security's ICE division (“Immigration and Customs Enforcement”) that the government that is ruling over the American people did not want me to stay here and did not want to approve my asylum application, nor do I think the black judge would have done so once she understood that I am pro-white. (Valerie May had suggested I would get a favorable judge whom she knew – and, although she did not say so, a white judge -- but this judge was then removed from my case in favor of a black woman.)

I was proud to speak in November 2008 at Dr. David Duke's EURO conference in Memphis, Tennessee, alongside him, John de Nugent, Paul Fromm, my Scandinavian brother Knut Eriksen from Denmark, and other fearless comrades. After all, you have freedom of speech here in America, right? Statue of Liberty, huddling masses yearning to be free?

Barack Hussein Obama's aunt, “Zeituni Onyango,” has been living in Boston, Massachusetts illegally since 2004, but the immigration judge's 2004 deportation order has been blocked since then, and “Aunt Zeituni” is now living in public housing – as a deportable illegal alien – in the once all-white (and Irish) South Boston section.

Zeituni Onyango, who was prominently mentioned as "Aunt Zeituni" in Barack Obama's memoirs Dreams from My Father, lives in a disabled access apartment in a rundown section of Boston. Zeituni Onyango lives with her brother Omar. Zeituni Onyango is apparently without employment, but does some volunteer work and contributed some money to her nephew's campaign.

Omar, known as "Uncle Omar" in Barack Obama's memoirs, has also had hard times since moving to America. He was evicted from a previous apartment, lost a business, and was once attacked in an armed robbery.

Barack Obama, who is a millionaire and live[d] in a tony section of Chicago, has had to endure controversy before when it was revealed that his half-brother George lives in a shack in a poor area in Nairobi, Kenya. Eyebrows have been raised at why a politician, who often touts the virtues of sharing and "spreading the wealth," seems unable or unwilling to help out relatives who are in need.

Barack Obama once boasted about he used to share his toys as a kindergartener. But the revelation of a brother and now an aunt and uncle living in squalid poverty proves, if nothing else, that Barack Obama has a little trouble with the concept of sharing as an adult.

Ed Morrissey, of Hotair.com, put it very well. "[The New Testament Gospel of] Matthew speaks of all men as brothers, but a failure to care for family speaks much louder than a failure to care for strangers. It makes Obama look a little hypocritical, especially after featuring Zeituni and Omar in one of the books that now provide a healthy income for the presidential candidate."
But my decision to withdraw my asylum application was based on new legal developments in my home country of Finland.

Almost one year ago, on May 11, 2008, while I was heading on a tourist visit to neighboring Estonia, I got a phone call from the police investigator in my city of Oulu.

Oulu is a city of about 130,000 located on the western Finnish coast about where the final letter in the word "Bothnia" ("a") is located.

This policewoman informed me that the state prosecutor Mika Illman (who handles all major so-called “hate-speech crimes”) had decided to ”have a look at my case.” A week later I was summoned to the police station to be interrogated on suspicion of “incitement of racial hatred.” Two more charges with which I was threatened were “aggravated defamation” (of the black community, which I accused of harboring gang rapists) and “copyright violation.”

I had already been arrested previously, at age 20, and was held in jail without being able to make a phone call from January 16 to 19, 2007. At that time I was “suspected' of having written a defamatory article about a Sudanese immigrant teenager and his Israeli friends. The important newspaper for northern Finland called Kaleva, published in my city of Oulu, had published the photo of these youngsters on its website on January 5, 2007. I admit my “crime” of right-clicking on this photo jpeg and sending it to an American friend! It was part of a private email to a friend, not a commercial undertaking. The picture, which had already appeared on the Finnish newspaper's website, then appeared on an American website and discussion of the photo on that website's discussion forum.

For this crime of Americans using a Finnish newspaper's photo Mika Illman wanted me to go to prison for six months. (Meanwhile Africans are gang-raping Finnish girls.)

The American website as well as its forum had already published my articles about multiculturalism
and gang rapes in my city of Oulu. There was my article “Multiculturalism – an impossible vision,” and several other articles that this American website published for Finns in our own Finnish language. Some articles on the American website had even been published by the Kaleva newspaper itself under my name!

We have no racial freedom of speech in Finland, so this was a nice service to publish these articles in Finnish. In any case, the Oulu police wrongly concluded that I had written all the Finnish material on the website and forum, including one I had not even read when I was arrested. But this article “defamed the honor” of the Sudanese (think Darfur) and of his Israeli friends.

The police even accused me of being the webmaster of this American site! No, that was far beyond my Internet competency then or now.

During my three days in jail, with the light on day and night, the police determined there was no evidence of my “guilt” and let me go. Even so, I found out later that the state prosecutor Illman had decided to ”make an example” of me so as to “crush racism” in Finland. (That is, white racism, not black racism.) I was already convicted in their minds, and in May 2008 my lawyer told me that I was facing 4.5 YEARS in prison. It was quite that serious.

However, I believe that the real reason for my arrest and later persecution lay in my critical article “Multiculturalism – an impossible vision.” This article was translated into German and published as “Multikultur – eine unmögliche Vision” by the WN published Wigbert Grabert in his excellent historical magazine Deutschland in Geschichte und Gegenwart [ = “Germany in History and the Present”] in the spring of 2006 (when I was 19).

This article must have seemed pretty potent to the enemies of our race, because the publisher himself, Wigbert Grabert, was then indicted just for publishing my article on the charge of “Volksverhetzung” [ = “incitement of racial hatred”]! I think the enemy did not like my mentioning of the explosive issue of African gang rapists in my city of Oulu. I was detained by the state security police, SUPO, on August 8, 2006 and interrogated about this article.

Interestingly, they were inflicting this on me, in a supposed democracy with a guarantee of free speech, on the very day that Herr Grabert was in a German court because of the German government's objections to my article. On the day I was released, this peaceful publisher of opinions about history
and current events was sentenced to a fine of three thousand euros [four thousand dollars, a lot for a small publisher) and a prison sentence with probation (which means they can still send you to prison if you commit another “speech crime” during probation).

So many coincidences, which all suggest that one big Hidden Hand behind the scenes is directing multiple governments.

There were two things I learned myself about the state from the interrogations by SUPO and by the criminal police: 1) they wanted to know why I wold write such things and what my goal was; 2) they wanted me to believe that my nationist way of thinking now belonged to “the history books.”

Of course, the Hidden Hand got its newspaper Kaleva into the act as well. In its article of January 16, 2007, and violating Finnish press customs, they published my name and home address although I had not been convicted of any crime, merely arrested (and in fact released). This was a nice gesture in a city with now thousands of Africans living there, some of whom live in fact very near my then apartment. The newspaper also published, as if they were cooperating with the police as one entity, detailed information about my friends and political connections. Kaleva also published the lie that I was the administrator of the aforementioned American website!

So by the year 2008 Finland's top prosecutor, Mika Illman, had decided to prosecute me after I had received much attention from three sources: 1) the state security police SUPO, which is a bit like the American FBI, but was organized by the Soviet KGB itself during the long period when the Soviets did not occupy but instead dominated my country, from 1944-91, when we were, as they say in English, “finlandized.” This term means we were economically and politically controlled by placing key Soviet operatives in key positions of the Finnish government and police. Now the only change is that our bureaucracy has a new master. The second group hounding me was the criminal police, and the third was the largest newspaper in northern Finland, Kaleva, which continued writing about me after I had already left Finland for Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in America in July 2008!

I can say with some satisfaction that because of my “icy” arrest now – as a totally innocent and legal applicant for asylum and then confinement to solitary – by ICE (“Immigrations and Customs Enforcement”), which caused my friends such as John de Nugent and Major William Fox USMCR, and my Finnish comrades, and comrades Erick and Pamela, and others, to create huge publicity about my case, I have become even more well-known now – both in Finland and around the world. I have learned the happy news even here in solitary that there are now over 11,300 web pages about my struggle and ordeal and 25 pages under “Henrik Holappa” in the search engine Google – and there are support websites suchs www.enationalist.com/forum, Major Fox's extensive webpage on me at www.americafirstbooks.com, and supportive threads on several WN forums with full details.

Major Fox, whose mother is from Scandinavia, from Norway (and northern Norway, by the way, was settled by Finns and is even called Finnmark; Narvik, the site of a major WWII battle, is in this region), did a huge amount of work on my behalf by in sending emails to every single Finnish-American association – and also to every single one of the hundreds of legislators in both the Finnish and Norwegian parliaments, exposing to them the outrageous facts about my arrest and confinement and no dout causing much discussion behind the scenes – about the dictatorship of political correctness and about my original issue, immigrants gang-raping Scandinavian women. I have just learned that now Norway is starting to openly discuss the terrible wave of gang rapes by Muslim immigrants, and is opposing Israel more and more openly.

I am sure that the enemy of freedom is now bitter that after all this, I am now far more famous than ever before, and certainly the most known white nationist in my home country.

Son after my arrest on March 9, Kaleva printed an article about my incarceration. And a few weeks later I heard the most amazing news, which I never expected to hear, and probably none of my friends and supporters in Finland, the rest of Europe, or America expected either.

This was the amazing news:

After being assured by the criminal policewoman in May 2008 that I was about to be indicted by the top prosecutor, Illman himself, to “make an example of me” and to “crush racism” in all Finland, and show by my prosecution and severe punishment that the state now had a serious program in effect to eliminate all white racial solidarity, and with my lawyer warning me that I therefore I could expect 4.5 years in prison --- all three charges – “racial incitement,” “defaming the honor of the black community” and “copyright violation” - were now DROPPED and I was told “the case is closed”!

So suddenly I did not commit any Orwellian crimes of “violation of freedom of speech.” (If you speak out in Finland about anything racial, you are “violating” freedom of speech....)

This is of course very good news, that I am not facing prison! (Not at the moment....)

It also forms a parallel to the David Duke case in Prague, Czech Republic, where he was arrested – and then released and expelled, not indicted. The result of Illman's decision, reversing his stated intention of last summer, is also bad news for me. Because it means I am no longer in imminent danger of political persecution in my homeland, I now have no more grounds for applying for political asylum here, and US Homeland Security can now easily do what they really want – to deport me out of America, a huge and exciting country I really began to like very much and where I now have deep friendships and strong contacts with American comrades after eight months in freedom (from July 2008 to early March 2009).

At my April 7 court hearing my main asylum hearing was scheduled for July 6, but as of April 3o, I have dropped my asylum application since there is no prosecution awaiting me in Finland and frankly I am tired of spending 23.5 hours a day in a concrete cell, and only exercising and reading and writing letters to and from good comrades around the world, comrades whom I thank very much, and especially one in Scotland. I have also had good visits here in prison in upstate New York, far from most comrades, with one driving ten hours one-way just to see me for 45 minutes, and I expect at least one more from Pennsylvania.

I cannot know, since I am not allowed a crystal ball in isolation, what the future will bring, but certainly changes are coming. I can only speculate why Mika Illman dropped the serious charges meant to “crush racism in the whole country.” They wanted to silence me and they want to silence you, and most of all silence the truth. They want to paint us as “evil” and “haters.” But I and thousands of comrades, and key volunteers such as John de Nugent, Margaret Huffstickler and Major Bill Fox, have shown that our truth cannot be silenced, and that the state will feel the consequences of persecuting white nationists in Finland, Czech Republic, America and elsewhere.

The state is seeing that there are those who do not wait defensively to be arrested and submit to prosecution and chains on their wrists and legs. They now know there are those who proudly stand up and say to the Power:

“You are a tyrant and you are a liar!”

Now there are others in Finland who are still being prosecuted by the government for this Orwellian “violation of freedom of speech.” (I suppose in America they will call it “abusing reasonable limitations on freedom of speech designed to prevent violence between communities,” as in Canada.) All those targeted for punishment need to make the decision: will you quietly submit, or will you directly challenge the state prosecutor with your supporters so that the persecution becomes a public-relations fiasco for the state?

My days in this extraordinary country called America are rapidly coming to the end. I may be gone within two weeks, but almost certainly by the end of May. These eight months that I spent as a free man in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in Memphis, Tennessee, in Cincinnati, Ohio, in and Baltimore, Maryland and in the gleaming white marble city of Washington DC, now filled with dark people, have given me a new view of things and have been a graduation to a new ability to lead.

I have seen in America what Finland some day could look like.

As for the two months spent in this facility, they have not been enjoyed, but they have not been wasted either. I did some important thinking and made some important decisions. These will affect my personal life and my leadership of the Finnish Resistance Movement as we approach a new decade.

I want now to thank all and everyone who has written me and sent me postage stamps, money orders, and paid to set up a phone account. I express my deep gratitude to all who have worked hard to create websites, write articles and posts about my case, and every other act of help whether known to others or only to your heart. I appreciate as only a prisoner in solitary can all you have done for me. I rejoice that through my suffering and your solidarity with me now thousands more have awoken to the need to defend and keep freedom of speech. You and I together have made our movement stronger!

And now I return to Europe, to unfree Europe, to battle to get the freedoms we need back.

======================

John de Nugent comments on the Holappa case above.

My speculation is that David Duke and Henrik Holappa were both released -- surprisingly, in view of all the other WNs who have gotten long prison sentences -- because of three unique factors:

1) they have many supporters
2) they are attractive individuals and potential shining symbols of martyrdom
3) ZOG intends to introduce "hate speech" legislation this year in the USA -- and does not want any causes célèbres involving Americans or American courts while they try to sneak this law through the Congress and quickly onto Obongo's desk for signature.

Here's the statement issued by Holappa dealing with this case, now that it is over:

The newspaper that I just had in my hands and which I put away and from which I read the weather broadcast reminded me of the spring and the coming summer. I still remember it was snowing and raining little bit in Pennsylvania around at that time I was arrested in that morning of March 9th. 8 weeks has now passed since the federal agents arrested of the alleged visa violation. In this whole time, I haven’t been outside; felt the air, seen the sun or the daylight.

As one can imagine that this severe isolation, even a short one, literally takes you away from the outside world and once you get out, the outside world will look totally different and will give you a new look on it.

On April 30th I had an immigration courts hearing. Originally it was planned to be held in early July. Between this court hearing and the last court hearing of early April a major legal development has happened in my case which made me to reconsider my application for political asylum. This development in my case, in my legal case in Finland, made me to become into that decision that I will drop my political asylum application.

On Thursday’s court hearing my case was officially closed, and therefore the order of my removal from the United States of America given by the US department of Homeland Security will become legitimate. My deportation will very likely take place this month.

Before, I’ll go to any details of my case, I want to first explain jew issues about my case in Finland.

I was arrested (first time) on 16th of January 2007. Allegedly, I had defamed the honor of an African teen-age boy and his Israeli friends by writing an defaming article, published their picture with their names and also, allegedly, I was a webmaster of an American racialist website, including it’s Finnish discussion forum. During the three day arrest I was questioned about my nationalistic views – which according to the police investigator ‘belonged to history’ – and about that why I do write articles and what I try to achieve by writing them.

The society’s ‘Henrik-hunt’ started in early August of 2006 when the supo (Suojelupoliisi-security ploice) took me under their custody for interrogation. They had got their call from the German security police. The reason for this was that a German nationalist and publisher Wigbert Grabert had published my article about the brutal gang-rapes of the Finnish girls by the black Africans in his magazine ‘Deutschland in Geschichte und Gegenwart’.

The racialist dicussion forum that was hosted by the Americans had published some of my articles about the gang-rapes in my city of Oulu- few of those were also published in the local newspaper! Those articles were critical and against the gang-rape trend of the Finnish girls by dark-skinned men – only we are very politically correct and how the newspaper often expresses it; ‘Men that did not speak Finnish.’

Because of the fact that I had (been) written articles against the crimes that are generally committed by the non-whites I was arrested. The police claimed that I am responsible of all materials-in Finnish-that had been published there.

After the three days I was released, because there were no evidence to keep me jailed of the mentioned crime. And I have to add that I was arrested exactly or almost at the same time when Wigbert Grabert was in trial in Germany because of my article ‘Multiculturalism-An impossible vision’. On that day I was released, Grabet was sentenced to fines of 3000 euros and probation. Just a pure coincidence that I was arrested exactly the same time?

15 months later of my arrest, I found out that the state prosecuter Mika Illman (supposedly a jewish) had decided to come after me and make me as an example in order to crush racism in Finland. –All based on one newspaper picture I had sent to America. Not to forget that also the biggest newspaper in Northern-Finland, Kaleva, had already declared me guilty. There was no way that Mr Illman would not prosecute me and send me to prison for a long time.

Soon after my arrest in March the White Nationalist movement in America and in Europe really got outraged, and soon the Internet was blooming articles about me. I still don’t have a whole picture of the extent of my support, but I know it is large. Just in a few days, there were 9900 articles about me. Not to forget the street activism for my case and for me. Also the hostile newspaper towards me, newspaper kaleva, published an article about my arrest.

Three weeks later of my arrest I heard the most amazing and surprising news; state prosecutor Mika Illman had decided not to press charges against me of incitement of racial hatred, aggravated defamation and copyrights violation. I do remind that they had already decided to sentence me. One can only speculate the reasons.

I believe that the storm that was raised after my arrest indeed had a very strong influence on his decision.

I remember when I got a letter from Billy, I was sure – even before I opened it – that the Chairman of the White Revolution must have taken a revolutionary act in my case, and I was right. Billy told that thousands of phone calls, e mails, letters, flyers for my cause has been done and produced. I’m sure that directly or indirectly all the work that Billy himself, the White Revolution and all other White Nationalists have done for me had it’s influence on Mr. Illman’s decision.

I probably can not find enough words to express how grateful and thankful I am for all the Comrades that voluntarily decided to do something. Also all these letters I’ve gotten has kept my moral and spirits. Some time ago the facility director came to see me and he told me; “Mr. Holappa, you have a lot of supporters outside.” All your work has been seen by THEM!

The change is coming for our people in America and in Europe. Especially this time of year reminds me of that. Same as the weather is getting warmer also our people are getting warmer for our cause. Remember that we can win, because the victory is in us and we all have to find it. I will go back to Europe, but I shall and I will keep my head up and I will stay in this revolutionary path – we are on our way to White Revolution.

I thank all and everyone for writing to me, even those whose letters I did not get. Your support has helped me to remain strong!
