I sent my raw data file MyHeritage to David Wesolowski for analysis, I sent him about 40 euros for that (or a little more).

I wanted to be clear, because I found it incomprehensible: is it a North African or sub-Saharan contribution or something else?

So here is his answer.

You've got very minor North African ancestry. Probably around 1% or even less than that.

You can just see it in the attached PCA.

I also attached a list of around 100 SNPs that may or may not be associated with this admixture. It's hard to tell, because the signal is faint and probably very old.

About my question: so, no subsaharian?

There might be a little bit with the North African, but it would be very, very small if present at all.

If real, it should be very old indeed. It's so small, that it's hard to say that it's real with 100% certainty.

Don't all North Africans have ancient sub-Saharan from Iberomaurusians?

I do not know if this very old north african thing is related exactly to the same actual North Africans (in terms of contribution, proportion, etc). If it's Phoenician, I do not know how much was their percentage of Sub-Saharan.

Hetero/Homo?

Hahahha:)
I guess homogenous and heterogenous. but why not A/C or something like that?

Heterogeneous and homozygous genotypes.

As I guessed^^

Yep. So it's a possible very old north african thing but "It's so small, that it's hard to say that it's real with 100% certainty."

Ok. It's almost a nickname for "noise".

So basically you isolated a smaller amount of your tested DNA that was non-european or what? and then analyzed that further?
Pretty interresting btw.

So basically nothing to bother about.

some, because there was pre slave trade introgression, but a lot less than you might think. See here:

Well a bit of North-African is not extremly surprising for a french or sardinian especially.

For a northern french and central sardinian, yes. In general, no.
