Nice idea, for Croatia divisions are good except Dalmatia is too big and eats up large chunk of central Croatia- in reality it doesnt strech so much north like in photo.

Why not explain

Croatia has 5 regions, Poland has 15 regions we have more diversity of citizens

I've heard that North-Western Croatians are genetically the most similar to Slovenians than to their Dalmatian cousins, but I could be wrong though.

Yes, but I can add more regions to European Russia using solely free academic references. Ukraina is ok too except Pontic steppe. This is Novorosya, settled by new population of mixed origin Russian-Ukrainian. Not very stable genetically I think.

That kind of migrations was happening for long before WWII in Pontic Steppe within Golden Horde, Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth and then Russian Empire. You can make strong arguments that Ukraina even before that was always most mixed place in this region stretching into more ancient eras. I am example of this.
