This calculator is not good for Tatars because it doesn’t have Ukranian, Belaroussan, Estonian, Chechniyan and West Russian components. If it did Tatar E. Asian and Siberian would drop quite a bit. In other words this calculator doesn’t have components geographically near Tataristan.

By contrast for Kurds this calculator has many components which are genetically close to Kurds. For example, Caucasus, SW Asian, Gedrosian which cause Siberian and E. Asian to drop in Kurds quite a bit.

So basically Siberian and E. Asian not apples to apples comparison between Tatars and W. Asians or even Tatars and more Western Europeans.

When we compare Tatars and Kurds with E. Asians using IBS the differences are not as big as this calculator makes to be.
