Wonder if they were a bit "chavvy", loaded and had a go?

Am not excusing what's happened but kids around these parts (London) are often out looking for trouble. They may have just crossed paths with the wrong mob.

The teenager, from Hereford, was with a group of male and female friends at around 10pm when he became involved in a confrontation with a rival group.



This could have been avoided by having a nationwide curfew for under 18's.


Detectives arrested four men, all from Eastern Europe, on suspicion of murder at an address in Ryeland Street, Hereford, on Friday morning.

And this could have also been avoided if there wasn't foreigners roaming the streets engaging with locals.
