Not everything but basicly most of it.

When written down easier than if spoken because in spoken form there are additional pecularities in pronounciation which make it more difficult for a Non Pontic

To begin the title of the video Mavra Imeras means Black Day or Black Days(not sure if singular or plural) for example.

Ancient Greek and modern Greek are basically the same language anyway. Plato likely would be capable to order a bit of bread was he transported to modern Athens. There are more differences between medieval French and modern French than between ancient and modern Greek.
