View Full Version : I-PH908 (Dinaric South) ancient origin thread.
What ancient tribe and archeological culture you think this young mutation may be related with ? So far we have TA members with this haplogroup mostly from southeastern Europe (Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Montenegro).
Discuss. I am hoping for quality thread.

Prague-Korchak culture is where I think we may find something. Just a gut feeling.

Here is the yfull tree. Mind you this isn’t set in stone, only people that have deep testing and submitted their raw data to them

Always found it weird how there's a Sardinian at the top of the tree; I thought perhaps it was from the Vandal invasions that he got his Y dna but there's no ph908 found in Vandal colonised areas of Iberia or North Africa. Also the TMRCA doesn't match up.
My likely clade. The guy at the bottom from Zlatibor is my closest 67 marker match.

For now it doesn’t make sense. I thought there was a Frenchman at the top or maybe that’s another i2 din clade
