So, I am highly disappointment with Nebula Geonomics. I can't believe I payed $80+ dollars for these vague results. Ancestry is way more detailed and informative. There are some differences in my NG and Ancestry DNA results. Also, the UI for the Nebula Geonomics site is absolute rubbish.
Here are the results from Nebula Geonomics:
40% Americas
26% Southwestern Europe
9% East Mediterranean
7%Western Africa
6% Northeast Asia
4%Northern Italy
3% Northen Africa
2% Southeast Asia
2% Eastern Africa
1% Central Africa
Here are my Ancestry.com results:

From my understanding you cannot download then upload your RAW DNA from Nebula to GedMatch. Because it's a VCF file, and a BAM File. If anyone has succeeded in uploading their RAW Data from NG to GedMatch, let me know.
My phenotype for those interested:

Bump?
Good job on paying 80$ for a Gedmatch calculator. The European Jewish + Middle East implies you have some Sephardi background, which isn't atypical if you're Mexican.
You can upload your VCF file to gedmatch. Lukasz can help you with that if you ask him nicely.

You can try with DNA KIT Studio, there is option of converting vcf to 23&me format. I'm not sure if you should check "match by RSID" or "match by position", you can try both.

If I remember correctly I used it for converting Nebula vcf for TA user "Slavic Italian". Then I uploaded raw file to Gedmatch without problem.

i just did that with the dna.land imputed vcf file. it works if you select "use raw data template" and select one of them.
if i don't select it then i get a file which is too big for gedmatch.

Mine were much more vague. I spoke with their staff and right now they lack references.

FTDNA_v1 template works the best for gedmatch calculators

there are 1000s of free references here but i have no idea how to extract them
Why not just upload the Ancestry file?
The obvious groups are about the same. The ripoff gave you 48% native, whereas Ancestry gave you 52%. Both gave you 10% SSA.

Cool results. You look much more Caucasian than your results. Nebula is still very new I think they’ll be a legit competitor in the near future. I’d still say if someone is casual and don’t care bout g25/ged then 23andMe is the best one around.

LMAO, 1%+1%? Ahahah

Did you get a Y-DNA report and how much did your gedmatch results differ using that raw data? If you run a calculator (say Eurogenes K13), how many SNPs does it use?
LMAO, 1%+1%? Ahahah
It doesn't work that way.

Why not just upload the Ancestry file?
from a whole genome sequence she can extract a FTDNA file for most precise results in calculators, and 23andme and livingdna files for better matching with people who tested at those companies, and upload all that to gedmatch

Yeah i agree with you! It doesnt work that way, it works only in case of 10%Middle east and 20%Ashkenazi, 5%North africa

Didn't realize Nebula did whole genome. For 80$?
