He does not pass in Romania, especially in some pics with a bigger beard. He's a more Western-shifted Afghani, it's hard not to notice him. In some pictures he does look indeed more West Asian like in the last video you sent, but still not something that would pass here.

He's half Afgani, Eastern Euro is also visible on him.

I completely agree that he's not your typical Afghani and that he is clearly part European but if I see this guy with that beard on the street I won't think he's anywhere from west of Turkey.
