Both Kurds and Azeris are Iranic peoples, so nothing surprising here.

Azeris and Iranian Kurds are very similar. Iraqi Kurds are different. Don't know about Turkish Kurds.
Iraqi Kurds mostly don't look Caspid imo.

But overall I think other northwestern iranic groups like the Talysh are closer to Azeris.

Talysh are very beatiful girl. This girls looks Armenian or Talysh
