I gotta go with Kielbasa, besides Cajun and breakfast it's one of the official sausages of America for it's portability, texture, flavor and consistency. It's hard to find a Kielbasa that isn't good.

Tie between Bratwurst (German) and a couple different Romanian styles.

Cumberland sausage for me, with Wiejska as my 2nd favourite.

lmao, I fired up my PC that I left in my office in Brazil that I hadn't used in a while, and as I typed "the" in the searchbox, Google went ahead and completed APRICITY for me.

I actually logged in to vote in the TLC vs Destiny's Child thread

Albanian Qebaba found throughout the Balkans is a type of beef sausage.

I honestly prefer beef to pork, beef has a better texture to me, pork tends to have a lot of fat an gristle.

The sausages here blow. Pork, lamb, beef and venison. All tasting much of a much. There is an award-winning sausage butchery not far from here. They're just bog-standard snags with supposed fancy flavours one can't taste and a high price.

Bill Swerski and his friends vote for kielbasa and claim the pilgrims ate it at Thanksgiving.
