He could be her brother thus the pigmentation he looks like an Aplinized Faelid with Keltic Nordic tendencies.

He is indeed Faelid as he is half Danish and half Sicilian. The Sicilian ancestry is rather tall and light eyed.

I think Danish fits him better or German but I do not see too much Sicilian looks mostly like a Northern European.
