Im not saying your hair is dyed. I said if you could dye your hair charcoal dark and be darker, like light brown, you could pass even better in AFG(maybe around kabul or tajik areas, but a bit atypical to pashtun areas…..comparing tajiks to pashtuns is like comparing turks to kurds. Pashtuns= not much mong influenced afghans. Tajiks= slightly mong-influenced afghans) as native.

TBH, i kind of doubt you can pass as AFG turkmen. These guys look way to mong(assumingly). At this point you would pass better as turkic-admixed pashtuns/tajiks. It be better if you said turkmen from iran or Turkmenistan(oddly enough, these guys are less mong than afghan ones, specially iranian ones). You have only slanted eyes after all.

But my ethnicity is nomadic Oghuz Turkmen. The North Europan gene is not scarce in the Turks. But the Western Black Sea trade zone. European colonists and slaves may exist. My ancestors may have married them.

You can never be sure until you know your haplogroup Turkey is a huge mesh of cultures and Central Asian tribes/confederations were known for adopting smaller tribes, but haplogroups don't determine looks either. I would just do the cheap 23 and me test and get the basic haplogroup. Should be a sale sometime soon too since it's edging closer to the holidays here.

TBH, yeah. You kind of do look a bit european. I think you can pass as southern european(as bit atypical) or in latin america as 75% european and rest amerindian.
