Very confuse about Gedmatch to Middle Eastern

I bit confuse about gedmatch calculators, I see some results in EUROGENES k13 of 2 cousins of Lebanese/Assyrian origin and they large distance for example to one give 45% of East Med and to Other give 37%, but when you put in Dodecad or Harappa you don’t see big differences just normal differences about family’s but reasonable to same origin. Other thing in EUROGENES put Lebanese Christian 13 of distance to Bedouins Arabs but when to change to Dodecad or Harappa this change up to 20 of distance.

Other thing Assyrians, Iraq Jews and Druze be close in Harappa and Dodecad but when you put Lebanese Christian and Assyrian In EUROGENES this change and be far one of other, but Assyrians still close of Lebanese muslim in EUROGENES.

Not sure what exactly you mean but I can tell you one thing - each calculator uses its own algorithm and also different sets of reference populations. Some are pretty inaccurate to be honest. So don't take every calculator too seriously, try 'em all and then decide which one makes more sense.

Also, I don't think Eurogenes is good for anybody who isn't 100% European... I wouldn't expect any sort of accuracy from any Eurogenes calculator...

It may or may not be accurate for mixed people as well. If you are half Chinese half English or half Moroccan half German, it may very well be accurate for you.
