SUPREEEEEME K12 Admixture Calculator

Thanks to the guidance provided by vbnetkhio, I have created an admixture calculator (version 1) using components from Eurogenes K36 as well as various Tolan calculators.

The file will only be uploaded for 30 days. After 30 days I can re-upload it if there is a demand for it.

Once downloaded, extract the files to a new folder (I'd suggest placing the folder with all the calculators from Admixture Studio).
In order the run the calculator, open Admixture Studio. Go "Configuration (expert mode)". Under "Raw Data" select your DNA file. Under "Folder Admix PAR" select the folder with the calculator files.
Then click run.

Please share your results as well as your "ethnicity" so that I can create an oracle.

There are 12 populations:
Scandinavian
Italian
Northeast_European
Iberian
Arabian
Levantine
North_African
West_European
South_Asian
Sub-Saharan
Mesopotamian_&_Persian
Anatolian

I do intend on adding more depending on the results of others.

If I remember correctly (I kept changing the components while testing), Northeast Europe is from Tolan K14M1 and Scandinavia is from Tolan K25R1

I wouldn't be surprised if Northeast_European is a proxy for some Karelian/Finnic components and Scandinavian is a proxy for broadly Northern European including Scandos, Balts, probably also Northern Slavs, Germans etc.

For this calculator, I could only use Eurogenes K36 and Tolan calculators as they use the same SNPs. Otherwise, I would also use other calculators.

ANE k7 isn't a good example. it's only good for determining your ANE percentage

Obviously, there are also six other ancestral components in this test (hence the K7 in the name). They're basically byproducts of me trying to isolate ANE, and don't necessarily mean anything. Nevertheless, here's a brief rundown of what I think some of them might represent...

Eurogenes k36 components are all combinations or 2 or 3 neighbouring nations. for example east central euro is Lithuanian+Belarusian+Ukrainian. that seems to work better than pure components like in tolan k71.

i'll try to make my next calculator like that. take 2 components, and in the 3rd column calculate the average, then use that average in the calculator

Way too Northwestern Shifted for me. These results are too similar to that Anglo's, which are normally this Northwestern.
