It's a Borreby nose. My father has similar albeit not that extreme (see my avatar), and funny my mother always joked he has negroid nose.

And the sami have V mtdna (at least 40% of the sami have it), the same mtdna as me and I am from Spain. Quite rare, I can´t get the connection with the sami since this halopgroup originates in the Cantabrian area of Spain.

Today I saw Croatian twin of Haland. Literally identical. Same Balto-Lappid features, same platinum blond hair, same nose and eyes....they look like twins. Tall as well. And this guy is ethnic Croat, I heard him speaking in the bus. Must say I wouldn't except to see guy who look like OP among my people, but here you go, we are really incredibly diverse.
