Pakistani Punjab is real Punjab actually , Indian Punjab is basically Doab , so its not surprising many Indian Punjabis also have origin in Pakistan Punjab.

Pakistan Punjab is Charab since Indus is not one of the five rivers and river Beas lies wholly in Indian Punjab and HP. Ravi and Sutlej also pass through India Punjab, so it can be called Tinnab with your terminology, excluding Chenab which starts in HP then goes to Kashmir.

Also many Pakistani Punjabis have origin in India Punjab such as most Arains, and many Rajputs, Jatts and others.
Not to mention Indian Punjabis have a much more indigenous native culture, religion, language, writing system etc than Pakistani Punjabis.
