I would like to say that in some areas of North-West Argentina those phenotypes exist in some extent.
This two gentlement don't look alike to Arturo but barely similar in a way...

Yes. He's just dark-skinned because he is pred indigenous, but his hair is straight, his eyes are slanted... but he is definitely not SSA-influenced.
