Why Is Adenoid Look So Common Among Nordids?

The nordid race often display individuals with weak chin, narrow jaws, poorly defined cheekbones, hooked nose, etc,
How would you explain that? Do these more gracile nordids tend to have more med amixture or is it related alone wirh healthy and life style?
I will try to find some examples.

These are anything but weak chins.

Weak? I think it's just his posture in that particular pic and maybe the chin projection, which isn't the same thing as having a 'weak chin'. It may also be caused by an overbite in a modern context.
