I lost Poland, Serbia and Germany :thumb001::thumb001::thumb001: And I got lot more Croatian regions, from all parts of country :D

So my East Euro is Slovenian, which makes much more sense than Polish, as my dad is part NW Croat from village exactly on Slovenian border. Rest of East Euro is probably general Slavic overlap.

I am finally satisfied with my results! Thanks 23andme :D

Cool. They changed from showing older admixtures to more recent which is better in your case.

I remember how you modeled me as Slovenian + Bosniak in your K36 analysis. Looking at it now it is spot on :thumb001:

I don't like the new update. Explain to me how someone gets a component that neither parent has? Did I inherit it out of thin air? They are kind of feeling like a less retarded LivingDNA to me now lol. The autosomal is great though. The only accuracy I have gotten is with MLukasz K36 report, and partially G25. On 23andme I am basically Greek and Romanian which literally makes 0 sense as Romanian is far on most calcs from me, and Greek comes after Tuscan and Albanian.

My latest beta has become the official result now. Seems this is occurring now for everyone. Also, some people are reporting a recent update to their regions though that has not happened to mine yet.

didn't you say you have Serbian and German ancestry, and Polish is also probably connected to your German?

Yes, but not from Serbia. My mother is part Lika Serb, and as you can see now I have Lika-Senj county under Croatian regions :)
I am not sure what my grandmother's mother was. It is not clear. What is clear is that I don't have any substantial German admixture at all.

My mtdna seems very Germanic though.

Mine hasn’t changed much. It reduced my British & Irish to levels more in line with my knowledge of my family tree, and the small amount of Italian has been moved over to Spanish/Portuguese. I have no southern Euro ancestry that I know of, which makes me suspect that the whole thing is noise. I think the Ancestry Timeline is slightly more accurate now. My regions haven’t changed yet.

Is there a way to go back and look at your results before the update? I forgot to take a screenshot of my old results.

They keep changing it like a girl changes clothes.

At least they don't update once in ten years, as FTDNA did
