I've been updated from Peterski to Petersen with this new Scandinavian admixture (previously I did not score it):
Also they took away most of my Southern European (I used to score 5%) and replaced it with more of NW Euro:

What regions in Eastern Euro?
Last time I checked, regions were the same as before the update.
Regions, timeline?
No changes compared to pre-update, so far.

They updated my regions, removing Ukraine (before the update I had Lviv Oblast there).
My top 5 regions for Poland are still wrong (Greater Poland should be my top 1st region):

Regions in North-Western Europe are without changes:
Germany:
North Rhine-Westphalia
Bavaria
France:
Hauts-de-France
Grand Est
^^^
Makes no sense, I should match Former Slavic regions like Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg, Sachsen:

It sounds so reliable...

North Rhine-Westphalia? Why? Could you have recent (i.e., since 1500) West German ancestry? It seems an odd region for a generic Pole.

I don't have any ancestors from outside of the present-day borders of Poland, AFAIK.
So yeah I should rather match these Lechitic Slavlands like Obodritia, Veletia, Sorabia:

North Rhine-Westphalia? Why?
Probably Ruhrpolen (ethnic Polish minority in Western Germany since the 19th century): https://www.porta-polonica.de/en/atlas-of-remembrance-places/ruhr-poles
23andMe regions are based on family matching. If their reference samples from Rhine have Polish admixture from Ruhrpolen, I will match them.

This is probably from your Meller ancestor. ;)

He is R1a-M458>CTS11962 though (which is Slavic Y-DNA haplogroup). And I'm waiting for his Big Y results.
BTW, here some West Poles in DNA Land. Meller is the one labelled as Wielkopolskie 5 (I'm Wielkopolskie 1):

He does have German Y-DNA matches - Müllers, Joachim Friederich Möller, Molder.
But they are also R1a. If they are Germans then must be from Eastern Germany.

No idea. For some reason they didn't detect it in my original results.
My original Living DNA results also gave me some Pashtun DNA:

The regional matches thus far are very random from my personal experience. I would suggest that you would write them in your feedback why exactly you find your regional estimations problematic, as I did, when I told them exactly from which regions do my ancestors come from, not as they suggested. Curious if in next update will they reevaluate the regional distribution based on my feedback.

where did you get the south asian from ?
Now it says "Bengali & Northeast Indian" (no longer "Broadly Central & South Asian").
And the description is: "The people of Bangladesh and northeast India share an ancient genetic history in the region where the Ganges and Brahmaputra rivers meet. Tens of thousands of years ago, hunter-gatherers arrived from the west. Later migrations of Austro-Asiatic, Tibeto-Burman, Dravidian, and Indo-European-speaking groups brought additional genetic and linguistic diversity to the region. Compared to other South Asian populations, the people of Bangladesh and northeast India generally have more East Asian ancestry, reflecting the region’s role as a genetic crossroads."

They did not reevaluate, I still get the same wrong regions for Poland as before.
Edit:
There is one change in my regions: they removed Świętokrzyskie, added Łódź:

It's interesting that they did not put it in the "Trace" category if it's only 0.2%. I'm wondering if that indicates that they are more confident in the assignment.
