Can pass as Brit to me imo. Probably not Dutch as DNA8 said but due to age he might be right. You can still tell me he's Lithuanian and I won't question it though, I don't want to make it sound like I would not believe him if he told me he's E European.

Well, honestly, the Polesie type is very specific(Proto Balto-Slavic) .. it is not typical for many Ukrainians or Belarusians. (although he seems to consider himself a Belarusian with Ukrainian roots, who lives in Latvia)
