Can pass in all, but I'd lean towards the Balkans.

He's Italian, Spanish, German looking fella with Asian influences. Kinda Balkanish but maybe Sicily would work better for him.

To me he looks portuguese/spanish. Least like balkan. Not because he is dark haired and brown eyed but because of his berid/cm alpinised features. I perceive him as very typical iberian.

Spain > Italy > Balkans was the only other possible option, for me.

No. I go by an image I have of portugal. And associate it with taxonomical types. To me he looks berid/cm/alpine. If he were pontid or dinarid, I would say balkan.
