I also associate her look with Etruscans but IMO she isn't really from Lazio.
Her father is Calabrese and her mother Campanian.

It really doesn't matter. During Roman times, there was so much migration within Italy that what were originally Etruscan/Pelasgian features became generic Italian. Campania was also colonized by Etruscans anyway...

She looks more like a Calabrian/Campanian mix (which she is) than a Tuscan, so I don't know where the association to the Etruscans comes from if not from the phantasy of some users (as if they ever saw an Etruscan...). coarse med + cm

In every portrait they made of themselves, that's how they appear. Carleton Coon also speaks of this peculiar eyes form, which continued in present Italians. Needless to say, there was no such thing in Italy before Etruscans came...

Cro-Magnid (sharp features, long eye sockets) plus generalized Med. Her eyes don't look Etruscan influenced, as they aren't almond shaped. And Etruscans came from Anatolia before it received Central Asians. Most probably she's a throwback to those North-Central European Cro-magnids who migrated to Southern Europe during the Late Glacial Maximum refugia. She doesn't look Calabrese at all though (half or otherwise).
