There are certain groups in Northern Nepal that have high frequency of light eyes. This girl is probably Chhetri or Matwali Khas (alcohol drinking). More likely latter. They'll probably score like Chhetris though(just my guess, they haven't been tested yet). I posted gedmatch for some Nepali groups here:

For classification, I guess she is Indo Nordic + Tibetid + Mountain Indid.

Yeah, but she's very light skin & colored eyes, indicative of Indo Nordic admxiture. Light eyes/light hair are not typical for both Tibetid & Mountain Indid, although some Mountain Indids can have colored eyes.
