I can't say. I am not familiar enough with Montenegrin phenotypes. But he is a handsome fellow. :)

I guess Dinaro-Med? I'm not that good at official classifications. Has a SE/E vibe.

I agree. I think hes mostly Dinarid but I see med influence as possible. He was tall for his time (6 ft 2).

Hey man I didn't comment because with that pic and glorious moustache you could tell me he's anywhere from the Balkans and I'd agree, from Slovenian to Hungarian to Greek. Unfortunately old black and white pictures with not very distinguishable eye area are not the best.

His eyes are just probably Hooded which is typical for the dinaric race. He doesnt have epicanthic folds lol. Hes as caucasoid as it gets.

I meant he squinted and you can barely see anything due to the quality of the pic.

Yeah it isnt the best quality pic but it can defo give us a general idea about his taxonomy.

Well yes, as a Balkan man. Also based on the kits I've seen only Romanians Hungarians and Moldavians score more significant East/Central Asian admix, it's honestly the only way I can distinguish Romanians from Montenegrins on K13 apart from some Kontenegrins with significantly lower East Med.

Yes, he could pass as Montenegrin or Herzegovinian.
Mostly Dinarid with Pontid influence.

South-Western Slavs.

Many Northern Ghegs also look like this but only a little phenotypically different maybe but similar race. My great grandfather was Dinaric like this and also tall like 6'3 +. I remember I posted him before on this site when I was active but haven't been here for long time until now.

It's the only pic I got , he was 100 years old or something in that pic. Lived up to a 105. And was never sick in his life. Always active and healthy.
