Average self-declared White in Brazil is around 87-90% European, 7-10% Sub-Saharan African, 2-6% Amerindian. This is an average result of course, there are many who are less European and many who are fully European as well.

It seems Boers don't vary much, they are all around 95-97% European, 2-5% Sub-Saharan African with some South Asian or Indonesian depending on the individual, usually around 1-2% when present.

Argentinians as a whole seem to be around 76% European, 22-23% Amerindian, 1-2% Sub-Saharan African. I didn't included White Argentinians only because there's no racial census in Argentina so it's hardly to know who exactly is White or consider himself as such.

In the case of Boers, Brazilians of mostly European descent share the Sub-Saharan African ancestry with them, but the European components are totally different, being mainly SW European in the case of Brazil and NW European in the case of Boers. Argentinians (average) all share the SW Euro with White Brazilians, but overall Argentinians lack any significant SSA.

Who would be closer in a world-scale PCA?
