I think the morphs look different largely because of differences in lighting, or because of differences in the angle, distance, or focal length of the camera.

I think individual headshot photos are better than group photos, or at least you can usually make higher-quality morphs out of them.

The headshot photos on the website of CEV (Confédération Européenne de Volleyball) are pretty bad, because they are not taken under standardized conditions, so that even photos of different players within the same team come from different sources, and some of the photos are really low-quality.

The Baltic people are the most blondest of them (especially Estonians), many NE Euro types.

The Hungarians in group, darker haired and more Central-East Euro types. The Romanians are similar, but darker than us.

The Moldavian set similar to Romanian, but bit lighter and more East Slavic shifted.

You could have include the Albanians, Kosovars and Greeks, but not problem! :)

Abolina, Dolotova, Iskorostenska, Hrapane, Levinska, Mihelsone, Morozova, Racina, Ragozina, Strazdina - big doubt that they are ethnic latvians ;-)
