Does anyone have any information about this haplogroup? It seems to be rare and I haven't been able to find very much information about it. If you anything about it could you give me your wisdom, lol i'd just really like to look more into it, but the resources are limited.

H7 might have been found in Mesolithic Portugal:

I'm H7. Well there you go.

It's fairly rare, but has a wide distribution in Europe, with frequencies peaking mostly in west and central Europe.

Believe it or not i'm saying sir non formal lol it's sort of a word that i use for people that i like, not really a formal usage. :D
