Classify this atypical, 'blonde' Moroccan Jew

I don't see him as Jewish looking (let alone Moroccan), but more northwestern Europe. But maybe that's just me. Where would you place him?

Even if you give him type 3 skin, black hair and brown eyes (which is I guess the average of Moroccan Jews) he still would look very foreign to me.

Moroccan Jews sometimes have such pigmentation (maybe around 10-15% of people are this light or lighter, not more though) but his facial features are so off. Moroccan Jews tend to have either round (Alpinid?) either square heads (CM with prominent jawline and sometimes cheekbones, probably from Berber and SW European admix that are known to have such features) and are the Jewish group with the highest prevalence of straight fine noses if you ask me (though "Jewish noses" aren't rare, but not as common either).

People here don't have a clue about how Moroccan Jews look like associating Moroccan Jews with Arabid features. Berberid is more common than Arabid for a MENA looking Moroccan Jew.
