Don't think so. At best she could be slightly Amerindian admixed, but definitely looks predominantly European.

Never noticed how high up her ears start.

I thought it was normal for ears to begin level with the mouth (more or less), and end roughly level with the eyes.

Very distinctive look.

On topic, no. She looks MENA, specifically Israeli, or a European mix.
