He actually does look Norwegian, but I agree with Atlantid+CM. Atlantids are not uncommon in Norway.

He looks maybe like a dark haired Norwegian somewhat. But his eyes are set way too low and his skull shape is too distinct from the average Scandinavian type. I also bet his hips and overall body type is quite different. I tend to think his bone structure at the chest is similar to mine.

Modeloid, he reminds me of Sean O'Pry. I'd say robust Atlantid with minor Alpinid, Paleo-Atlantid or even Borreby, which would explain the face shape.
However, he has a high auricular height, which would make a point for those classifying him as Trönder. http://humanphenotypes.net/Tronder.html
