Not too much of a difference for me in this update but the Middle Eastern has taken over the Caucasus and the Iranian region has decreased which makes more sense. Wish they would include an Assyrian community as I don't match with either the Armenian or Syro-Lebanese genetic communities. My dad's results are now nearly identical to mine (2% off) so I think it's more accurate.

I think Ancestry is more for genealogy while 23andme is better for more of the genetics side of things traits, haplogroups etc. I'd have to say 23andme.

Yeah, I don't like AncestryDNA's genetic estimates and genetic communities. Things like Eurogenes G25, Eurogenes Celtic vs Germanic, Analysis based of Eurogenes k36, MyTrueHeritagee, gene2me, LukasZ LM genetics etc... all give me different ethnicity results from AncestryDNA which can only lead me to believe it is wrong and only a gimmick to draw people into geneology.

Not sure how accurate WeGene is, but it predicts K1a2c.

Try the Jameslick MTDNA predictor. By the way, what clade are you of R2a?

The Jameslick predictor works only for 23andme users unfortunately. WeGene predicsts R2a2.

Convert your kit to the 23andMe format using DNAkit Studio.
