Does he look east Baltic ? Baltic shows up 2-10% among some of the people.

He don't look Baltic at all, you know you can have 10/20% Baltic and stil don't look Baltic

Yes, that is all part of the Indo-greek Buddhist kingdoms. Those were spread in China & Central Asia too. The Indians in earlier ages had some Armenoid & Levant/Jordan Arab like ancestry from previous contacts.
