More Northern Italian, more Southern Italian, or both equally?

In my opinion his best fit is Central Italy too.
If I am not wrong his parents were abruzzesi, but it seems that the surname is extremely common in Lazio and Marche.
It's one of the most common surnames in Italy though.

Abruzzo isn't Central Italy though. Genetically they are southern italian.

Yes, I know, it's related more with Molise/Apulia than central Italy.
But same to you he gives me more central italian vibes than southern ones... but of course he could seem pugliese or molisano too.

IMHO, this guy easily could pass as an Iranian.
