OK, besides the United States where do you think they would fit well?
British Isles, France, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria. Both are fairly pan-NW European looking.

I think so, at least in the countries that I mentioned. I think he's too dark to fit in Scandinavia, though.

It's true, but not everyone looks like a typical Brazilian.
For example Cintia Dicker, Gisele Bundchen and Raquel Zimmermann do not look Brazilian.

Joel fits best in the British Isles, Germany, France and Belgium before it was in Netherlands and the Scandinavian countries.

They look Brazilian, LOL, Brazil is a diverse country.
Are they typical Brazilians? No.
Are they typical white Brazilians? No.

But I understand your point, these examples you posted tend to be called gringos/Germans here despite being Brazilian.
In Brazil, stereotypical Germanic phenotypes are perceived as foreign looking, even if they are national, while our common whites (Southern Euro looking) are never associated with Europe.
