Im not asking who is less lighter but which country has higher med input.

The Welsh. Not only do the Welsh have more significant neolithic-mesolithic Atlanto-med strains like the English, Scots, Irish do to lesser degrees but the Welsh have an ancient Téviec Roman strain as well that never comes to phenotypical display in the English, Scots and Irish.

Anyway, the simple answer Welsh should have been obvious regardless of the specifics of my post IMHO.:rolleyes2:
