For me this Romanian guy looks like partly Negroid: his nose, his lips, his hair. Despite his Romanian surname, maybe he has a black parent. I have never seen in my life a Romanian with this look, neither Gypsy.

I dunno, but if he is full Romanian then I think it is safe to say he is the most extreme phenotypical outlier, ever.
i have a friend that looks like she's part black :lol: but she's not. i know all her family..she took from her both parents the most extreme features and made her look racially mixed :)) her brother looks nothing like this :) she's an Assistant professor at Uppsala University, Sweden right now :)

Romanians are not OWD, we're not scared to show our darkest phenos. But the average Romanian has average pigmentation for the region.

well obviously she's not..but she looks somewhat unusual. there are people with some pseudo black features (like a wide nose or very curly hair)

it's rare in both, europeans and gypsies...so he could be either. sometimes people just inherit the weirdest features from their parents and end up looking racially mixed or a totally different ethnicity. it's not so common but it can happen. I've seen it before. i don't know him..so i wont comment further. anyway he seems having a fake tan on his face too..on top of everything. he doesn't look romanian, that's for sure..but it's not the only one looking weird...

I agree with comments of him having Brazilian vibe. That was my first tought as well.

Looks very Brazilian actually, something like 75% European and 25% SSA. I don't believe he is fully Romanian, not even gypsy. If he's fully European then he inherited heavy HG genes.

I agree with you. There are lot of weird and non-white looking Europeans and they will most often be fully european genetically. Phenotypical variation in Europe is much greater than some would like.

What people need to understand is that Brazilians, and average people from all other ethnicities, are not anthotards and don't judge race the way we do. Here "race" is merely a matter of skintone, and there is a diference between being perceived as white and as European. The Croatian guy would be perceived as white here, not European.
